Default A second Guild War?

With this new Africanized theme coming out.. it got me thinking..

In real life, there was plenty of tension and fights when the Europeans colonized much of Africa back then (I'm not gonna bother with a history lesson, go look it up if you dont know what I'm saying)...

..so lets put a scenario on the table..

What would happen if a large land was suddenly discovered, full of valuable resources, strategic locations, and plenty of leg room... and there were power hungry player guilds wanting to exploit it? It would make a second Guild War..

Now, none of this lame faction farming, all out hell is what we want! Guilds would actually have to fight, using all they have (no 8v8, maybe much higher) to achieve dominance over the land..

Also, have great rewards like valuable farming spots... and thats all I came up with, why doesn't someone come up with some rewards?

Well, that was just a rough brainstorm, like? No like? Improvements?

Lol tyria versus whatever the nightfall continent would be. That would be exactly like the zulus and the british war. I would say yes if it was like 20 against 20. (I love huge giant battles)

YES! Overpowered colonialists fighting each other as they fight the Nightfall defenders... who can also ally up to stand against the might of these new guilds.
20 vs 20? Not bad... I like 30 vs 30.

How about not having a "player cap" and merely having the guilds send as many as possible into the war. Each guild is given x area of map, in the middle of which is a stronghold (cannot be destroyed/conquered), outside of that there is an area that is easily defendable (plenty of choke points and areas for rangers to fire from), outside of that, there is an area that is slightly harder to defend and so on and so forth.

That way, each guild would have control of as much land as they could exercise control over, no more and no less.

This, however, would be extremely difficult to implement and would probably require a completely new game.
